CO2-based TPU Upper Vamp

he CO2 is captured in industrial chimneys, and transformed into polycarbonate diol (PCDL) liquid, then make the liquid into eco-friendly thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) pellets by chemical reaction, which can replace conventional polymer material, polyurethane (PU). Use CO2-based TPU materials to establish a mixing modification and lamination process, and create a fabric with better hydrolysis resistance, weather resistance and oxidative degradation resistance than traditional polyurethane materials. This fabric is planned to apply to woven vamp, and to develop eco-friendly low carbon shoes through patternmaking and clipping. more
