DeCoto Biobased Foam (Foam Injection)

This is a foaming composite contains 25% of rPE and 50% of agricultural waste (grain, bamboo, wood..). Reduces 38% of EVA use, and the process is using solar power to reduce 23% of CO2 emission. It has passed USDA BioPreferred project and EU OK biobased standard with one star grade (20-40 % of biocharcoal content). Differ from conventional foaming process, the injection process can make complex structure, which can reduce the cost for subsequent process. This material can be applied to products such as integrally formed slippers. more
