TPS (Thermoplastic Styrene) is a polystyrene elastomer which is made with SEBS and PP by mixing and granulating. The tool grips are shaped by injection process. It has the characteristics of good extensibility, resilience, UV resistance, chemical resistance, and good oil absorption. After particular modification, the TPS can increase its bonding force with hetero materials (such as PP, PA, ABS...). Thus the adhesive is not required, which is suitable for various soft injection molded products. more
