This is a foaming composite contains 25% of rPE and 50% of FSC certified agricultural waste (grain, bamboo, woods..). By one time hot pressing foaming, it reduces 38% of EVA use and 23% of CO2 emission. The process is using solar power. It also passed USDA BioPreferred project and EU OK biobased standard with one star grade (20-40% of biocharcoal content). The hardness and appearance design can be customized.
