Though PU foam products are hardly to be recycled by thermosoling after cross-linking, they can still be pulverized, glued, then hot pressed into recycled foam. This recycled foam is soft and compressible, the general density is 60~150kg/cm2, and the hardness is 19~38kg/314cm2. Therefore, it can be remade into car seat, bedding and other products. more
