This is a foaming composite contains 25% of rPE and 50% of agricultural waste (grain). It is made into cell closed foam by continuous foaming. Reduces 38% of EVA use, and the process is using solar power to reduce 23% of CO2 emission. It has the characteristics of non-toxic, odorless, flame retardant, anti-radiation, anti-corrosion, and heat preservation, and also passed USDA BioPreferred project and EU OK biobased standard with one star grade (20-40 % of biocharcoal content).
