This material is made with one time hot pressing foaming composites contain 25% of rPE and 50% of FSC certified agricultural waste (grain) by second foaming process (density ranges 0.04-0.05g/cm3). It reduces 38% of EVA use and 23% of CO2 emission. The process is using solar power. It also passed USDA BioPreferred project and EU OK biobased standard with one star grade (20-40% of biocharcoal content). The hardness and appearance design can be customized.
