Ethylene Vinyl Acetate is a polymer material composed of ethylene (E) and vinyl acetate (VA)-vinyl acetate, vinyl acetate copolymer. The higher the content of VA(Vinyl acetate), the transparency, softness, and toughness will be relatively improved. EVA is a chemical compound that has characteristics of low density, thermoplastic, lightweight and elastic hardness of the material is stable at any season and it is easy to process, not abrasion-resistant, and oil-resistant. It‘s commonly used in the midsole of jogging shoes, casual shoes, and foot training shoes. The advantages are lightweight, good elasticity, good flexibility, not easy to wrinkle, and excellent coloring, so it’s suitable for various climates. However, the material is easy to absorb water, not easy to corrode, which is not environmentally friendly, and the material is easy to dirty. The upper of the product is foamed from coffee grounds and EVA elastomer, which is waterproof and breathable. It can be formed in one piece with stylish. more
