TPS (Thermoplastic Styrene) is a polystyrene elastomer which is made with SEBS and PP by mixing and granulating. The translucent infusion tube with hardness of 90A is extruded out after adjusting the content of PS. It has the characteristics of extensibility, resilience, anti-oxidation, ozone resistance, UV resistance, chemical resistance, good oil absorption and high safety. The raw material SEBS has passed the tests of USP class 6 (biocompatibility) and ISO10993-5 (in vitro cytotoxicity). It can replace traditional PVC with no corrosive gas during process, and is suitable for medical products which temporarily enter the body, such as tracheal tubes, sputum suction tubes, etc. more
