This material is formed by physical injection molding SCF super critical fluid and mixes non-toxic nitrogen N2 evenly to injection mold TPU pet balls. Lightweight density can be controlled to 0.15-0.3g/cm3, molds and products are 1:1 and do not require secondary shaping, and can utilize materials such as TPEE, EVA, and SEBS. There are no chemical reactions in the foaming process so discarded products can be recycled and melted to form pellets and produce new foamed products. This can decrease the mining of petroleum materials, achieve the goal of carbon and plastic reduction, and does not burden the environment. more
