Dyeing is the largest source of pollution in the process of the textile industry. The process consumes a lot of water and produces chemical sewage and a large amount of CO2 from boiler combustion. The dope-dyeing has improved the above problems. This fiber is made by anhydrous dyeing technology using the dope. The color concentrate is mixed with recycled raw materials before spinning and made into fiber yarn with 8 basic colors. The yarns are woven into gradient polyester cloth. It has reduced 78% CO2 emissions, 62 % energy use, and 94% water waste, which mitigates the load on the environment. The color fastness is better than that of traditional printing and other fabrics, and the gradient is more natural. The single material is easy to recycle after disposal. The gradient color clothing and other products can be customized. more
