Dyeing is the largest source of pollution in the process of the textile industry. The process consumes a lot of water and produces chemical sewage and a large amount of CO2 from boiler combustion. The dope-dyeing has improved the above problems. This fiber is made by anhydrous dyeing technology using the dope. The color concentrate is mixed with recycled raw materials before spinning. The water consumption and dyeing wastewater treatment are reduced by 94% compared with traditional dyeing. The fibers produced have good coloration (>grade 4), and their brightness is better than the industry. The raw materials have Bluesign certification (in line with Environment, Health, Safety, EHS), and its fluorescent color has also passed the EN20471 standard (High Visibility Clothing-Test Methods and Requirements), which the color range is 82% wider than traditional.
