The material is a low-melting polyester polymer hot-melt yarn, which has the melting point lower than 110˚C (Generally, the melting point of polyester fiber is about 250˚C-260˚C). The material maintains good crystallinity and spinnability, with strong adhesion, and can reduce energy consumption. Through the process of melt spinning, the material can be applied to mattresses, cushions, padding, quilts, masks, and filter materials. For example, it can be applied to the weaving and shaping of upper fabrics for shoes. It can also be used for shoe upper size fixed and has great environmental benefits. more
