Chromuch®Innovation Solution Dye PET

1/

Dyeing is the largest source of pollution in the process of the textile industry. The process consumes a lot of water and produces chemical sewage and a large amount of carbon dioxide from boiler combustion. The dope-dyeing has improved the above problems. This fiber is made by anhydrous dyeing technology using the dope. The color concentrate is mixed with recycled raw materials before spinning. The water consumption and dyeing wastewater treatment are reduced by 94% compared with traditional dyeing. The dyeing process also reduces boiler combustion, saving 62 % energy use and 78% CO2 emissions, which mitigates the load on the environment. The fibers produced have good coloration (>grade 4), and the raw materials have Bluesign certification (in line with Environment, Health, Safety, EHS). As for its fluorescent color, it has also passed the EN20471 standard (High Visibility Clothing-Test Methods and Requirements). The yarn color is customizable. more
