The PET main substrate is printed with water-based ink, and the water-based adhesive is used as an adhesive layer between PET and aluminized PP (lamination structure: PET/ink printing/water-based adhesive/aluminized PP). The manufacturing process uses 65% lesser chemical solvents compared to the traditional process, which can greatly reduce VOC emissions. As far as the user is concerned, no chemicals are left on the package to risk consumers' health by cross-contamination. In terms of waste, due to the low solid content of water-based ink and glue, the residue can be reduced by 25% after the ink and glue are recycled by distillation. more
