"It can be used to replace PVC in the process of SPC flooring. Its characteristics are as follows:
1. Good processing smoothness, not easy to cause warpage.
2. With a TPU wear-resistant layer and TPU printing layer, it can be directly laminated by hot pressing without using glue, and it can be made into a halogen-free SPC floor.
3. The processing method of SPC for the reinforced layer is the same as the PVC, without changing the equipment and processing method, it can directly replace the PVC material.
4. The processing temperature is about 10-20°C lower than that of PVC flooring, which can reduce the consumption of production energy.
5. After adding calcium carbonate, the hardness is about 70D, which will not cause insufficient hardness of the strengthening layer. The incision of the cut is flat."
