Recycled PVB three-layer laminated cloth

1/

This functional woven fabric is made entirely from recycled materials and features a layered structure. The outer layer consists of 29% recycled nylon and 21% recycled polyester, providing good strength and abrasion resistance. The middle layer consists of 50% recycled PVB film recovered from end-of-life vehicle windscreens and manufacturing waste, providing excellent waterproofing, wind resistance and structural support. The layers are bonded using a low-temperature, high-pressure lamination process, which reduces adhesive use while ensuring stability between the layers. The fabric combines a flexible feel with weather resistance and abrasion resistance. It is suitable for outdoor bags, hiking backpacks, protective equipment and similar products. The material has obtained Global Recycled Standard (GRS) and bluesign® certification and complies with the European Union’s REACH requirements. more
