This stone-like energy-saving brick is formed with high-density PU foam. During the manufacturing process, production scraps can be pulverized and ground into powder, mixed at a 20% ratio, and re-added into PU for foam molding, thereby reducing the use of virgin materials. Due to the material’s thermal insulation properties, it can be applied as an indoor/outdoor insulation material. SGS full-year HVAC load tests indicate that the material decreases HVAC load by 36.40% to achieve an energy-saving and emissions-reducing effect. more
