Low-carbon Alloy Spacer

In recent years, facing the dual pressure of Taiwan‘s 2050 net-zero carbon emissions target and the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), the bicycle industry has dedicated efforts to develop low-carbon bicycle components to meet the requirements of international brands and global sustainability goals. Connecting local bicycle component manufacturers to optimize processes, the industry has focused on precise classification to enhance the accuracy of recycled aluminum’s chemical composition. By increasing the rate of recycled aluminum and reducing aluminum slag output, recycled aluminum is transformed into high-purity extruded ingots. Simultaneously, improvements in aluminum scrap recovery operations reduce the volume of recycled materials, leading to fewer transportation trips and lower energy consumption. more
