Micro-Arc Oxidation is a surface treatment process, which the workpiece is fixed on the anode and immersed in the electrolyte, then applied with high voltage and current. The metal surface will be instantly melted and sintered, resulting in a dense oxide ceramic layer. Half of the oxide layer is evenly distributed inward, and the other half is grown outward. The surface has the characteristics of good adhesion, uniform film thickness, wear resistance, and deflashing. According to different substrates, it can be made into two colors (black and white). It can be applied to vacuum and semiconductor parts. The sewage generated by the process can be proper treated in circulating water system to prevent from pollution. more
