Recycled Non-Woven Sound Absorbing Panel

Due to fast fashion, fabric plants within the textile industry produce several tons of yarn into inventory each month. After spending extended periods in inventory, this yarn is disposed of via incineration, resulting in a lot of wasted resources. This panel is made from recycled TC (PET + cotton) taken from fabric manufacturers and TR (PET + rayon) which is needled, mixed with thermoplastic resin, and formed through heat pressing. When used in applications, this panel features sound absorption properties making it suitable as a sound insulation material in construction or automobile interiors. more
