Water-based ink is printed on the main substrate of PET, and water-based adhesive is used as a layer between PET, aluminum plating PET, and PP (lamination structure: PET/ink printing/water-based adhesive/aluminum plating PET/water-based adhesive/PP). 5% alcohol is the only solvent used as a diluent for ink, so it saves 65% lesser chemical solvents compared to the traditional process and greatly reduces VOC emissions. In terms of waste, due to the low solid content of water-based ink and glue, the residue can be reduced by 25% after the ink and glue are recycled by distillation. Therefore, it was awarded the "Class II Environmental Protection Product Label" by the Environmental Protection Agency for use as food packaging. more
