Nylon fiber is a man-made synthetic fiber with high strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, strong water absorption, mildew proof...etc. The nylon fiber is regenerated from recycled CPL through polymerization, granulation and spinning. Then use it to make regenerated nylon fiber plain cloth by plain weaving and lamination. The process of manufacture can reduce petrochemical resource and the emissions of CO2. It also uses PFC-free water repellent to avoid toxic substances which are harmful to human and the environment. Furthermore, due to its single material (100% nylon fiber), it is easy to recycle after disposal. This material can be applied to all kinds of bags and other outdoor equipment. more
