The LU-C material is a multi-layer transparent biodegradable packaging material. The laminated structure is a stack of cellophane/electroplated paper/ decomposable film. Using biodegradable ink for printing, which is transparent, moisture-proof, gas-barrier, and low-temp heat sealing. This material can be used in packaging bags for dry, lumpy, and powdery objects, and it has been obtained BPI-certified by International Biodegradable Products Association and the European bio-based material certification label DIN CERTCO. It has also been tested to be industrial compost biodegradable packaging material according to ASTM D6400 and EN13432, which can be landfilled and naturally decomposed under industrial composting conditions. more
