This material is fabric woven from waterless dyed PP fiber added with oyster shell powder that has been calcined and grounded. The addition of oyster shell powder not only mitigates a portion of the oyster shell environmental pollution problem, it also enables antibacterial functionality to the fibers. Testing by AATCC has verified that it is more than 90% effective against staphylococcus aureus and klebsiella pneumoniae while the single PP material design facilitates recycling after it is discarded. more
