This glass bottle is made with silica sand, soda ash, limestone, and 50~60% of recycled bottle debris (brown color). After melting in the 1400~1600℃ kiln and become glass gob, the bottle is made by press-and-blow process. It not only contains 50~60% of recylcled materials, but also uses rich-oxygen combustion which produces less toxic gas (such as nitrogen oxide) and increase the combustion efficiency to save the energy. This material can be used for medicine and pill bottles which need to avoid the light. more
