rLDPE Recycle Industrial Packaging Films

Polyethylene (PE) is thermoplastic and crystalline and is one of the five general plastics. Its temperature resistance ranges from 80~110℃, cold resistance at about -70℃, and it also has characteristics of odorless, non-toxic, low density (<1), and low water absorption (0.005~0.015%), transparent, good insulation, acid and alkali resistance, alcohol solvent resistance, etc. PE has a complete recycling system, its classification marks are No. 2 (HDPE) and No. 4 (LDPE). High-density polyethylene (HDPE), low-density polyethylene (LDPE), and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) are the three most common applications. This Industrial packaging film is using >50% of recycled PE by blow filming, of which PCR (Post Consumer Recycled) accounts for about 10%, and the rest is PIR (Post Industrial Recycled). According to the reference, the use of recycled PE plastic pellets can reduce carbon emissions by 60% compared with new materials. more
