The lunch box is from the plastic pellet made of PBS, PLA, starch, and bamboo grind through granulation, then made into the sheet by extrusion, and ultimately shaped into a disposable lunch box through vacuum forming. PBS can increase the toughness and temperature resistance, PLA supports rigidity, bamboo grind acts as natural reinforcement material, and the starch is the adhesive of all materials. The ratio of each material is adjustable by a different application. The raw pellet has passed the German Rheinland test of free of five general plastics (PE, PP, PS, PVC, PET). more
