PS (Polystyrene) is a thermoplastic non crystalline plastic. This material is from modified rPS with a various pastel shades. Then the long-chain interwoven stacking fiber is made by micro-foaming extrusion, and it's pressed into a two-dimensional structure by a die head, and cut into a functional plank road (thickness 3cm, width 15cm) after cooling. It uses an environmentally friendly physical process, which saves the use of chemicals, and water, and reduces waste. Its physical characteristics are as below: (1) light, the specific gravity is only 0.65 (2) 100% recycled material (3) strong mechanical strength, bearing the weight of 280~360 kgf/cm2, its weather resistance also meets CNS15730 national standard (4) durable, waterproof, anti-skid, anti-insect, anti-corrosion, acid and alkali resistance and UV resistance (5) safe, formaldehyde-free, no 8 heavy metals and no dust pollution in the CNC process (6) single material, recyclable.
