PS (Polystyrene) is a thermoplastic noncrystalline plastic. This material is made with modified rPS and made into long-chain interwoven stacking fiber through micro-foaming extrusion, then pressed into a two-dimensional structure by a die head, and cut into customized lengths after cooling. It uses an environmentally friendly physical process, which saves the use of chemicals, and water, and reduces waste. Its physical characteristics are as below: (1) light, the specific gravity is only 0.65 (2) 100% recycled material (3) strong mechanical strength, bearing the weight of 280~360 kgf/cm2, in line with CNS15730 national standard (4) durable, waterproof, anti-skid, anti-insect, anti-corrosion, acid and alkali resistance and UV resistance (5) safe, formaldehyde-free, no 8 heavy metals and no dust pollution in the CNC process (6) single material, recyclable. It can be used in building materials such as indoor and outdoor boards, roof rain boards, and walls. more
