Polypropylene (PP)is a thermoplastic crystalline plastic, one of 5 general plastics. PP has the characteristics such as heat resistance (the temperature at 100~130℃), impact resistance, high tensile strength, acid and alkali resistance, as well as a completed recycled system, plastic classification mark is 5.
The plain concrete formwork is made of recycled PP from living waste by coextrusion, 96.8% of carbon emission is reduced in the manufacturing process. For application, it can be used as building plain concrete formwork to reduce 90-95% of waste, 33% of labor, and 33% of the construction period. The translucence rPP will improve the safety of grouting. After disposal, this material can be recycled and reused. Due to its above sustainable features, it has been awarded the certification from Low Carbon Building Alliance and is the first type of Green Mark (Recycled plastic product). In application, it can be used as floor plywood in building materials.more
