In the past, plastic water bottles often use PC materials contain PBA plasticizers and are produced through two-stage injection and blowing. However, due to the toxic nature of PBA plasticizers, many countries have since banned its use. As a solution, new water bottles no longer use plasticizer containing PP materials and utilize a one-stage injection and blowing process for production. Compared to traditional PC water bottles, this reduces the production cycle time by 33% and carbon emissions by approximately 30%. Additionally, waste bottle caps and bottles are both PP materials making it easier to recycle and reuse. more
