Biomass-based Foam Gasket (Hi-Shee) is a type of expanded polyethylene sheet material with a closed cell structure and PP film on the surface. The expanded polyethylene material contains Bio-PE, of which 30% is produced by sugar cane, thereby reducing the consumption of petroleum resources and CO2 emissions. The surface of this gasket contains a PP film that offers moderate cushioning, cleanliness, high gloss, and excellent air tightness to prevent volatile odors and maintain the freshness of contents. It is currently applied in the lining and packaging materials of cosmetics, food, and beverage bottle caps. more
