TPO Artificial leather

1/

This material is a thermoplastic elastomer commonly used in artificial leather. This material is combined with PET polyester knitted fabric through a calendaring process and does not contain regulated substances such as halogens and plasticizers. Production of the material does not generate pollution from DMF organic solvents and it is unlikely to cause allergic reactions upon human contact. Compared to some artificial leathers, the physical properties of this material are more resistant to hydrolysis, cold resistance (-30℃) resistant to yellowing, and more lightweight under the same product specifications. If the material is incinerated when discarded, it will not produce toxic gases (such as dioxin) and can be applied for use in products that applies artificial leather such as furniture, vessel, vehicle and bycicle. more
