This polymer coating material is made with acrylic by emulsification. After flatted flowing, drying and calendering, the paper card coated with this material has the characteristics of low pollution, non-flammability, wear resistance, and easy recycling. It has passed the tests include 8 heavy metals, RoHS, Reach (SVHC), GB30981/2020 (low VOC). With the smoothy surface, it can replace the plastic card, and can be directly sent to pulp recycling system after discarded. more
