PS (Polystyrene) is a thermoplastic noncrystalline plastic. This material is from modified rPS with various pastel shades. Then the long-chain interwoven stacking fiber is made by micro-foaming extrusion, and it's pressed into a two-dimensional structure by a die head, and cut into a 1.8cm thick functional board after cooling. It uses an environmentally friendly physical process, which saves the use of chemicals, and water, and reduces waste. Its physical characteristics are as below: (1) light, the specific gravity is only 0.65 (2) 100% recycled material (3) strong mechanical strength, bearing the weight of 280~360 kgf/cm2, its weather resistance also meets CNS15730 national standard (4) durable, waterproof, anti-skid, anti-insect, anti-corrosion, acid and alkali resistance and UV resistance (5) safe, formaldehyde-free, no 8 heavy metals and no dust pollution in the CNC process (6) single material, recyclable. It applies to the base material of rain board and outdoor landscape facilities. more
